Situated only 0,9 kilometres from the ski resort, Perho 2 of Vuokatti Villas is a two-floor holiday apartment in a cosy log house built in 1999. The apartment has one separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, sauna and a large loft. The loft has standing height. The apartment sleeps 6 + 2 persons.
The separate bedroom has a double bed. The loft has four separate single beds. In addition, there is a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. Bedlinen are NOT included in the rate. Cleaning on departure is NOT included in the rate either. You may add cleaning in your booking in the additional services for a price of 90 euros.
There is a fireplace in the living room and burning wood in the storage room of the apartment. From the living room, you can access the terrace equipped with garden furniture. The floors downstairs have been renewed in spring 2021. The apartment is equipped with a Wi-Fi-connected TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a peaceful view to the nearby forest. The apartment has also shower room and a sauna completely renovated in spring 2021.
There are also two storage rooms shared with both apartments within the same house. You can park your car right in front the house. The parking has got a plug in possibility for heating. You can find all kinds of amenities for your holiday in Vuokatti and Sotkamo centre.
